New/Used Textbook Information: If you select Used Preferred as your textbook option and we only have New textbooks available for that course, you will receive the New textbook at the New textbook price. If Used textbooks are available, your order total will reflect those prices when your order is rung through the register.
Pricing Disclaimer: Pricing is subject to change without notice. Any textbooks with "Price TBD" in place of a dollar amount, have not been received into the bookstore yet. However, those textbooks can still be added to your online order. When they arrive in, a price will be entered into the system and your order will be billed. All totals are calculated using new prices, as we cannot guarantee the availability of used books. Your final total will be adjusted and billed accordingly. Pricing changes often occur daily.
Processing Information: Textbook reservations require approximately 24 - 48 business hours to process and are only processed during regular business hours. When your order has been processed, you will receive an automatic email stating your order is ready to be picked up/has shipped. To pick up your order, proceed to the textbook desk and let an employee know that you are picking up a textbook reservation. Please bring your order number and student ID card with you. If someone else will be picking up the order for you, please state their name in "Customer Notes" at checkout. If you have placed your order to ship via Fed Ex Ground, you can expect to receive it within 2 - 3 business days after your order has been processed.
