How to Order Textbooks Online

• Click the "Textbooks" tab.
• To place an order online, you need your schedule for dept/course/section #.  (If you do not see your section number listed separately, select the section All Other.)
• Select New or Used and click "Add to Cart" for each textbook.  Each textbook should have a green check mark by it.   
• If you need further assistance, use the "Help" link.  The information changes according to what screen you are on.
• All customers who have not placed an order on our website must set up a log-in /password to place an internet order.  This is not your campus cruiser log-in.  Select log-in on the left toolbar and the option, "Register Here" to set up a new account. 
• To reserve textbooks, credit card information must be entered online along with the 3 digit CVC number on the back.  We accept Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards online.

 Order Processing

Orders can be placed at any time but can only be processed during regular business hours.  Orders require approximately 48 business hours to process.  An email with the heading of "Order Processed" will be sent to the address registered with us when your order is ready to pick up.  A Middlesex County College Student ID Card is required to pick up online orders placed with Financial Aid.  If you are placing an order for a student to pick up, please enter the name of the student in the shipping field when setting up an account or in the message box at checkout. 
Please note that orders placed online will be held up to two weeks.  If you need to have your order held longer, please notify us.

New/Used Preference

When ordering textbooks online, you are able to select Used Preferred or New Preferred.  We cannot list specifically which courses currently have New or Used textbooks available.   If you select Used Preferred and we only have New textbooks available for that course, you will receive the New textbook at the New textbook price.  Please note that your online order will default to the new price for textbooks when checking out despite whether you selected new or used books.  If there are used textbooks available, your order total will be adjusted and billed accordingly at the register.

 Pricing Disclaimer

Pricing is subject to change without notice.  Any textbooks with "Price TBD" in place of a dollar amount, have not been received into the bookstore.  These textbooks can be added to your order.  When they arrive into the bookstore, a price will be entered into the system and you will be billed for the current price.  All totals are calculated using new prices, as we cannot guarantee the availability of used textbooks.  Your final total will be adjusted and billed accordingly.  Pricing changes can occur daily.
