Return Policy

All returns/exchanges must be accompanied with a receipt.  Generally you have 3 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange an item.  During September & January this time is extended until the tenth (10th) day of class for textbooks.

No returns are accepted on textbooks, study guides, or physical education books purchased during midterms through final exams.

Returns are made the same way they are paid for with the exception of checks; there is a 15 day waiting period after which a refund will be issued by cash.

 Merchandise not in original condition  may be refunded at a lesser amount or exchanged, at the discretion of the store management.  Merchandise purchased online for in-store pickup can be returned or exchanged with a receipt within 3 business days.  Merchandise purchased online and shipped out via Fed Ex has up to a week to be returned or exchanged with a receipt.  If you choose to ship your order back to the bookstore, pack it in a shippable box with the receipt and send it to:
