Fall 2010 Financial Aid Information

Attention:  Fall 2010 Financial Aid Recipients!  Financial Aid can be used for Fall semester online ordering!

Bookstore credit will be available for the Fall 2010 Semester.  Students with Financial Aid eligibility for the Fall 2010 semester can reserve their textbooks for pick up only with Financial Aid.  To find out if you are eligible, log onto Campus Cruiser; http://portal.middlesexcc.edu and follow the links.

Financial Aid credit will be available beginning on Monday, August 23rd - Wednesday, September 22nd.

Orders can be placed with Financial Aid starting on Monday, August 2nd but will not start to be processed until Monday, August 23rd.  They will be processed in the order they are received and require approximately 24 - 48 hours to process.  You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.  To pick up your Financial Aid order or to use Financial aid funds to purchase in the bookstore, you must bring your MCC student ID card to the Blue Colt Bookstore.  A MCC student ID is required to pick up online orders placed with Financial Aid.  No other forms of identification will be accepted!

To use Financial Aid as a payment option online:  Orders placed with Financial Aid will be processed in the order they are received and require approximately 48 hours to process.  You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.  Please be sure to check your bookstore Financial Aid balance to verify there are available funds approved for the bookstore before placing an order.  At checkout, the shipping method, "Pick Up At Store" and the payment option, "Financial Aid" must be selected.  In the account number box, the Student ID number must be entered exactly as it appears on your ID card (including all zeros).  There will be verification text displayed with the Financial Aid option on the payment screen during checkout.  Students must check the box to indicate they have read the verification text before they can submit their order.
